Third Fish Academy is a free, faith-driven business training program operated by International Business as Mission, INC ("IBAM"). The program consists of 22 sessions designed to help participants discover their calling, build real business skills, and multiply their impact.
By accessing and using the Third Fish Academy platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. The platform is provided for educational and ministry purposes. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose.
Program Name: Third Fish Academy
Program Description: Third Fish Academy sends automated text messages to users who have opted in during account registration. Messages include course reminders, progress nudges, milestone celebrations, and re-engagement notifications related to the faith-driven business training program.
Opt-In / Call to Action: During account registration at thirdfish.org, users are presented with a clear two-button choice to opt in or opt out of SMS messages. SMS consent defaults to off — users must actively select "Yes" to receive text messages. The opt-in disclosure states: "By selecting 'Yes', you agree to receive automated text messages from Third Fish Academy including course reminders and progress updates."

Opt-Out Instructions
